    We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Team

    We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at ClearBlue Infrastructure Group (CBIG).

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and manage long-term relationships with clients in the Energy, Utilities, Electrical, and Construction sectors.

    You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

    The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Identify and evaluate new markets and business development opportunities in the Energy, Utilities, Electrical, Construction infrastructure and maintenance sectors.
    Utilize market data, trends, and forecasting to qualify project leads.

    Drive growth through hunting new opportunities and securing major accounts within the Energy, Utilities, Electrical, and Construction infrastructure sectors.

    Develop and maintain a CRM and client database.
    Provide monthly progress reports on new business development activities and other key indicators to the CBIG management team.
    Develop digital marketing communications to send to client database.
    Prudently manage business development budget according to company policy.
    Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in Engineering, Procurement, Construction infrastructure, and Maintenance projects.

    Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.

    In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms.

    Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and able to manage objections well and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy for major clients that aligns with CBIG's business objectives and leads to successful long-term relationships with clients.

    Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities for CBIG's engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance projects.

    Lead negotiations and closing of major contracts with key clients, including preparation and submission of proposals, RFPs, contract documents, and pricing strategies.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at target companies and within the industry to promote CBIG's brand and capabilities.

    Work closely with CBIG's technical teams to ensure that project proposals and execution plans meet customer requirements and expectations.

    Represent CBIG at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and network with potential clients and partners.

    Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in selling Energy, Utilities, Electrical, and Construction installation Infrastructure services, specifically in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Maintenance projects.

    Experience pursuing and closing large deals, with demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-level executives.

    Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.
