The Position
Mr. Lawnmower currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our growing enterprise.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Communicate clearly with all installers, customers and management.
Filing and organizing mail, letters, and general paperwork.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Provide daily administrative support; Answer all incoming calls and phone inquiries.
Understand customer's requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Generate and send invoices to customers.
Generate contracts and proposals for commercial and residential clients.

Your Skills:

General knowledge of Quickbooks.
Customer service and support.
CRM software.
Data entry.
Microsoft Office Tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.
Strong communication skills and multitasking.

Job Requirements:

2 years of customer service experience.
1 year of administrative assistant experience.

Compensation ($28k - $40k):

We offer a competitive base salary, recurring sales commissions & bonuses, great benefits and expense packages. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
