ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You will efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service
  • Responsible for answering telephone calls, indicating prices and providing any other information to the customer
  • Taking orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
  • Receiving payments from retail customers
  • Handling customer complaints immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to follow set and standard procedures
  • Must have drivers license and clean drivers abstract strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
  • You are committed to offering world class customer service and building lifelong customer relationships with the ability to communicate and listen to customers effectively and consistently, keeping their needs in mind
  • You are selfmotivated and able to work in a fast pace environment while paying high attention to detail
  • You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills
