Participation Lodge Grey-Bruce is a not-for-profit organization that strives to empower and enrich the lives of the individuals we support.

Our main physical site in Holland Centre is currently seeking Personal Support Workers to join our wonderful team

Provide a wide range of support for individuals as per their Individualized Support Plan (ISP)
Assist with daytoday needs
Collaborate with other services to provide dynamic and individualized supports
Support physical and communication developments, or other goals set by the individuals

Qualifications:

Completion of relevant collegelevel PSW training preferred, but willing to train the right person
Professional or personal experience working with individuals who have complex needs is preferred
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certified, or willingness to complete inhouse training
A clean driver's abstract to be added to company insurance, if use of our vehicles is required

Please note, successful applicants will be required to provide an up-to-date criminal background check, including a vulnerable sector screen, as well as a comprehensive Health Screen -
including proof of vaccination against Covid-19.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary:
$25.41-$26.37 per hour

Holland Centre, ON N0H 1R0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
