Responsibilities:

Assist the urban planning team in conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports related to various development projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to develop comprehensive site plans and proposals.
Conduct site visits and contribute to site analysis, evaluating factors such as land use, transportation, and environmental impact.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, public consultations, and community engagement initiatives.
Stay updated on relevant planning policies, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a recognized urban planning or related program at a university or college.
Knowledge of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and development processes.
Strong research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in GIS and other planning software is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
Eligibility to work in Canada.
