Job summary
Menya Kouji Group is seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager for our ramen restaurant.The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in English, and Japanese language skills will be considered an asset.
This is a full-time position (40h/week) including weekends and holidays. Work hour is shift based between 8am - 11pm.

- Manage kitchen equipment, tools, and ingredients.
- Prepare dishes and broth according to the restaurant's recipes.
