Description of Role:

As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you are to support the physical logistics of our operation.

Mobile Supervisors report to the NSPS head office on their assigned shifts and complete numerous tasks such as driving their assigned company vehicle, reporting incidents, completing professional reports, completing detailed patrols of our sites, completing site check-ins and more.

You are responsible for ensuring your required duties assigned are completed and working alongside our Site Supervisors to coordinate the flow of traffic in regards to our operation and overall performance of our company.


Responsibilities (may include but not limited to):

  • Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
  • Enforcing property rules, city bylaws, and other applicable laws
  • Deterring and responding to incidents on the property
  • Responding to various types of emergencies
  • Maintain communications with fellow Security Guards, dispatchers, Cliental and NSPS Managerial Staff.
  • Ensure all site staff adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper documentation is passed onto the Shift Leads/Dispatchers, client and NSPS leadership team
  • Complete mobile patrols diligently
  • Document and investigate security incidents and complaints
  • Communicate any concerns/issues with Supervisor, Client Service Manager or the client
  • Ensuring any deficiencies with the vehicles are reported to NSPS leadership team
  • Ability to work alone and be selfmotivated

Qualifications:


  • A valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid and CPR Level-C
  • A valid driver's license (Full G license)
  • Have a clear criminal background and driving record
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Minimum 1 year Security experience
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be fluent in the English Language (Writing, Typing and Printing)
  • Must complete company orientation and required training courses prior to start date

Pay:
$17.00-$27.00 per hour
