Description
Our office is looking for the right fit to work with our doctors and great team. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, a positive approach and experience in dental office management. We are a busy office and can grow further with the right person leading our team.We believe in the strength of the team and its leader and build with team meetings, internal staff growth and training as well as team events.
We are assignment, community driven and offer a high level of patient customer service.
You have at least 2 years of management experience where you have worked with closely with your team and your dental associates to increase the practice growth and happiness.
You are friendly, easy to approach and open to new ideas.
Your have a full understanding of insurance, treatment pre authorizations, good scheduling skills, an eager approach to ensure a well planned schedule, recall management and processing patient and insurance payments.
You will not be working at the front desk in this role.Days of the week, wage and benefits to be discussed and is dependent on dental office management experience level
