Responsibilities:

Take direction and feedback effectively from the President/CEO as well as Marketing Director and other internal departments
Lead regional advertising strategies and marketing activities with a high level of professionalism
Create, build, and foster relationships with Franchise Partners in Eastern Canada
Manage a budget and develop strategic regional marketing plans for all Eastern Canada markets in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
Work in conjunction with the marketing team to execute details for all regional campaigns, including grand openings and anniversaries, as well as ongoing local store marketing (LSM)
Have a strong understanding of the media buying process for print, digital, radio and be able to evaluate the value of community/corporate sponsorships
Brief graphic designers and production suppliers with pertinent campaign details for all regional marketing initiatives in the Eastern Canada
Have excellent time management skills and be a selfmotivated individual (evening and weekend work may be required on occasion)
Participate in brainstorm meetings with key stakeholders at Booster Juice to help design regional programs which hit key marketing objectives for the year
Be a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
Support with the development and execution of national promotional campaigns
Have excellent leadership and time management skills
Travel on occasion to meet with Franchise Partners and execute grand openings and regional marketing plans (only when required 5%)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications
2+ years' experience in marketing or equivalent field
Ability to multitask
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
This role will be based in our Mississauga office
