Your Opportunity:

There is opportunity for Project Coordinator II under Connect Care Support Project with nine openings in the South Zone. Location is negotiable within the South Zone. Project Coordinator II will be working closely with the SIL Implementation Leads.

The Project Coordinator position is responsible for organizing project activities, completing project status reports, coordinating project meetings including organizing, creating, and sending out meeting invitations, agendas, and minutes.

The Project Coordinator will act as a key contributor or lead on a portion of a project as assigned by a Project Team.

This position acquires knowledge in the project management area and executes standard tasks. Leading the creation of project updates, data gathering and analysis, and building updated reports. Updates the project plan, ensures tasks are known and are being worked on. Identifies risks and issues and bringing forward to the Project Team. Works with leaders to solve a range of complex problems where existing precedent may not be available. Uses analytical skills to quickly identify potential problems and challenges and escalate them as appropriate. Responds to non-standard requests from internal and/or external customers. Manages multiple priorities and deliverables to ensure that project initiatives remain on time and budget.

Proposes alternative solutions to complex problems and identifies gaps around project management processes, tools, and methodologies Monitors specific deliverables and timelines, as well as issues and risks to minimize risk and escalation of issues in the project.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience appropriate to the position.

A minimum of - 3 years of experience Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development growth in related field.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role for a healthcare organization of significant size and scope. Working knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and Excel. Understands the key industry issues; uses this knowledge in own work. Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Organized.
A self-starter Can work with mínimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, large volumes of information, standard processes. General knowledge of IT functional areas Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and oral communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
