Student, Operations Controls
As a student in Operations Controls, you will have the opportunity to:
- Review and clear accounts potentially associated with money laundering (AML)
- Analyze potentially suspicious transactions related to antimoney laundering or antiterrorist financing (ATF) and fraud detection
- Creating, preparing and analyzing statistical reports
- Day to day administrative duties as assigned
As a student in FCC Operations, you will have the opportunity to:
- Day to day administrative duties as assigned
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Settlements of new accounts and transfers
- Certificate processing
- Mutual fund and registered products processing
- Creating, preparing and analyzing statistical reports
What we're looking for:
- Working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, business, or economics is preferred (ideally completed 1st or 2nd year)
- Keen interest in the financial services industry and capital markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- You must be currently enrolled in a registered coop program to be considered for this position
- You must also be available on a fulltime basis for the duration of the term
