Description

Support a process or group of business processes end-to-end to prepare them for PCI-DSS certification:
Design and document the processes within the framework of PCI-DSS certification and ensure delivery within the planned deadlines.

Identify gaps between the execution of processes within the bank and the requirements prescribed by the PCI-DSS standard and implement action plans to correct them.

Diagnose problematic situations and ensure management of the issues raised relating to business processes and capabilities.
Define, monitor and communicate performance indicators related to process delivery.
Popularize the requirements of the standard with stakeholders
Support stakeholders in creating the artifacts to be produced
Be the point of contact between the stakeholder and the project
Organize and lead workshops with several stakeholders at varying levels and expertise with leadership

Prerequisites

• University degree related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
• Skills in process analysis in a business and technological ecosystem
• Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
