Description
Reporting to the Chef at Caesar's Steak House (Downtown location Avenue SW) the Dishwasher role ensures the cleanliness of dishware and kitchen work areas in a timely and efficient manner so that the team can provide an exceptional dining experience to guests.
Morning and / or Evening Shift- Monday to Friday
Job responsibilities include:
- Washing all dishware, flatware, glassware and small wares
- Maintaining an organized and structured warewashing area
- Cleaning and maintenance of dishwashing equipment
- Cleaning, sanitizing, floorsweeping, wiping down walls and vertical surfaces, and floormopping
- Sorting, washing and cleaning of food ingredients
- Fulfilling all responsibilities within a given timeframe
