    As a key member of our operations team, the Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. This position provides support and assistance to all personnel, focusing on administration, compliance, benefits management, office services, event planning, and employee communications.

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing including time tracking issues resolution maintaining accurate records monthly reports generation ensuring HRIS databases consistency resolving discrepancies related projects assigned continuous improvement contributing standardization throughout company supports plant safety requirements OSHA reporting incident investigation training tracking Safety Committee Worker Compensation other related tasks maintains communication boards internal external communications processes verifies documents staffing recruitment training grievances performance evaluations classifications leaves absence prepares sets up new employee orientations compiles reports documents pertaining activities manages contributes teamwork initiatives quality sustainability wellness organizational health supports Plant Manager and personnel competent fully conversant BRC Food Safety Policy GMPs HACCP Principle BRC Food Safety Standard Application.
