RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the incumbent will work in the **evening shift Monday

Friday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM **as shipping and receiving clerk and have the primary responsibilities of:
Schedule and make appointments for receptions and expeditions
Assign the loading and unloading doors according to the space available on the dock
Enter information into the computer system
Welcome drivers, visitors, and subcontractors
Check transport documents, customs, HACCP, BRC, etc.
Check documents related to orders
Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in force in the warehouses (OH&S, BRC, HACCP, C-TPAT, etc.)

Verify the identity of truckers, visitors, and service providers
Manage the visitors register
Scan client documents
Assist the Supervisor and occasionally perform operational tasks
Replace the Supervisor when needed
Perform other related duties

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Collegial Diploma
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar fast paced environment
Or equivalent combination of educational and professional experiences

REQUIRMENTS

Written and spoken English (French: an asset)

Available for replacements on other shifts if required
Experience in a cold environment or in the food industry (an asset)
