Talent and Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives, ensuring that our employees have access to high-quality learning resources to support their professional growth.


Reporting to the
VP Of Culture and Learning
HR, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for our employees.

Your responsibilities will encompass creating and driving content, working with external vendors, managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS), and producing printed support materials.

You will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

A little About the Role:

Training Content Development: Create, curate, and update training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and other training materials to address the specific needs of various departments within the company.

LMS Management: Oversee the company's Learning Management System, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for efficient training delivery. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.

Printed Support Materials: Design and create printed training materials such as manuals, handouts, and guides to supplement digital content. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.

Training Program Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve training content and methods based on data-driven insights.

Compliance and Certification: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Develop and administer certification programs as necessary.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring that all training initiatives are cost-effective and align with the company's financial objectives.

Collaboration:Work closely with department heads and HR to identify training needs, align training initiatives with company goals, and ensure that training resources are used effectively.


A little about you:


  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and elearning platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Beauty Industry experience preferred.
