Position Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship internally and externally with customers and with key customer stakeholders and executives.
  • Build pipeline by prospecting current accounts qualifying companies using best practices and methodologies; use all available means to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of targeted account lists.
  • Perform research on warranties and prepare customized renewal form
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Provide weekly/quarterly reporting and updates to management

Qualifications:


  • High school and college degree with 12 years applicable work experience.

MUST have at least 2 years of North America work experience
:


  • ERP experience is a preferred but not required
  • Salesforce experience, strongly preferred
  • Must be computer literate with thorough understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Previous inhouse sales experience
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetic equipment, a plus
  • Ability to be productive in team atmosphere but also works well alone; self motivated
  • Monitor all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications
  • Additional assignments as needed

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Fluent English skills with Excellent Written and verbal communication
  • French language skills ideal but not required
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, assertive
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above own interests
  • Willing to work late when needed

Job Types:

Salary:

$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
