We are looking for someone local to fill a position within our office that can fit the general description with a good attitude and willing to work in a team environment.

Applicants must be reliable, responsible, and possess strong communication and computer skills.

The work hours are 8:30a to 4:30p and rate will be based on experience, skill-set and willingness to fulfill all tasks around this position.


Office
Clerk
- assist other office staff as required, including write letters, make phone calls, make invoices, purchasing, filing, daily maintenance (ie. Keep offices tidy, sweep and vacuum as needed, empty garbages, etc.)
- strong telephone and communication skills to greet callers and visitors in a friendly professional manner. this task requires excellent attendance (work from home is not an option).
- support company management and executives including willing and able to do anything requested in a timely professional manner. Daily tasks may involve assistance in human resources, marketing, insurance matters, arrange meetings, etc.
