What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee the daytoday duties on residential flatwork construction jobsites.
  • Complete daily site inspections pre/post/active.
  • Scheduling and coordinating:
  • Multiple scopes of work.
  • Subcontract crews.
  • Concrete orders and deliveries.
  • Other client requests.
  • Obtaining, storing, and organizing field documentation.
  • Field reporting to various internal departments.
  • Effectively problemsolving onsite construction issues.
  • Ensure both client and company quality standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Identify/track/report field discrepancies, out of scope work, and variances.
  • Deficiency resolution.
  • Execute minor/basic repairs if required.
  • Maintain current and new sub trade relationships.
  • Complete daily safety reporting.
  • Perform accurate take offs.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments.
  • Effectively allocate manpower/resources to achieve client's deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of residential concrete construction standards, practices, procedures, and sequences.
  • Strong leadership skills/selfstarter.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Safety Conscious.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Light estimating skills considered an asset.
