Inside Sales Representative

Duties:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Skills:

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment
A Solution and results oriented individual who demonstrates excellent problemsolving skills
The ability to meet deadlines and provide deliverables as identified in a timely manner
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships with clients
Knowledge of technology sales and the ability to understand and explain complex products or services
Experience in business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales
Familiarity with market trends and competition in the industry
