Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Fraud Risk Assessment program including program design and execution.
  • Plan and conduct fraud risk assessments in conjunction with business line managers/staff
  • Identify and write fraud risk assessment reports for the management and LOB
  • Develop action plans with business lines to improve controls and mitigate risk
  • Assist in improving internal controls throughout the organization while balancing the needs for both risk management and efficiency
  • Assist in the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of a Fraud Risk Assessment tool
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities while collaborating with management
  • Review action plans closure document from Business Units and report to Senior Manager for approval
  • Develop, maintain, and implement policies procedures, reports, dashboards, and training on various risk management related topics for various audiences
  • Drive culture of risk awareness and deliver businesstailored training as needed across relevant constituent groups
  • Must comply with all bank policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date
  • Acts as a relationship manager on assigned projects/programs and ensures alignment to overall enterprise and group goals
  • Utilizes standard project management methodology to manage solution planning, implementation, sustainment, and evaluation of initiatives.

Job Requirements


5+ years of relevant experience and undergraduate degree or MBA in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Prior Fraud or Operational Risk experience conducting risk control selfassessment (RCSA) is an asset
  • Experience and understanding of three lines of defense
  • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on crossgroup collaboration
  • Able to manage ambiguity
  • Manage stakeholder needs and expectations while providing consistent and regular communications with support from management
  • Effectively balance multiple tasks through careful prioritization
  • Work collaboratively with others to produce a quality work product
  • Proven ability to effectively work with others to deliver projects ontime
  • Excellent organizational, time management, relationship management and influence skills
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), RSA Archer
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and prioritization
  • SharePoint and MS Visio experience is an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented
