Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions, and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We currently have opportunities available on our team for an energetic Seasonal Grounds Person to assist the maintenance staff at Quinpool portfolio. (Term position – June 2023– August 31, 2023)

What you will do:

•Assisting with landscaping;

•Weeding, pruning and trimming trees and plants;

•Cutting grass;

•Remove litter and garbage;

•Laying sod or seed.

Who you are:

•Previous experience in similar role an asset;

•Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision;

•Must have own vehicle.
