Responsibilities:


Admissions Process Coordination

  • Act as the first level in problemresolution in instances when disagreements arise between the teams.
  • Work closely with high school students in helping them follow through on tasks assigned to them by the team members at KEY and keep track of students' various tasks, deadlines, and deliverable.

Knowledge Procurement

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of university admissions processes and policies in Canada and internationally.
  • Keep uptodate continuously on the latest information at each school and trends in university admissions or changes to respective admissions policies and processes.
  • Write articles, guides, or opinion pieces on educational and admissionsrelated topics.
  • Other responsibilities and directives as assigned.
  • The ability to work in person in the office. Due to client needs and expectations regarding this role, KEY will not entertain hybrid or remote work arrangements

Your Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from a toptier Canadian, US, or western university or a
comparable qualification.

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Canadian (and US) university admissions
processes, ideally from having worked in a post-secondary institution.

  • 2+ years of work experience in a university admissions team setting is a plus.

Your Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin are required.
  • Proficiency in Office technologies, including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and communication tools.
  • A quick learner with strong problemsolving skills and selfmotivation.
  • A strategic and objective thinker, who demonstrates a rational mindset.
  • A team player, who demonstrates professional standards of conduct when interacting with individuals in a business environment.
  • Adaptable to changing conditions and priorities, capable of balancing a multitude of related tasks.
  • Cultural sensitivity, exemplified by understanding various cultural groups.
  • An effective communicator that possesses strong writing and verbal communication skills while maintaining a professional demeanor that instills confidence in KEY's clients.
  • Genuine interest in and passion for working with students.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
