The Landscape Lead Hand role is full-time and requires a clean G driver's license, the physical ability to lift heavy loads, and a positive team-player attitude.

The Lead Hand is a position designed to be the "right hand wo/man", meaning that the individual is capable and comfortable having increased responsibility and skilled job duties.

Job duties often include:

grading and laying interlock, excavation methods/determining proper depths, basic fencing/carpentry work, some machine experience (skidsteer, mini-excavator, "MT100 Bobcat") and other various duties.

Our full service custom outdoor contracting company primarily serves the Halton and Golden Horseshoe area, but have travelled for up to 1hr to job sites (not often).

Drive time is always compensated.

• Landscape/outdoor work experience
• Hardscape/construction experience
• Experience driving and maneuvering a truck attached with a trailer
• A strong and reliable work ethic

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
