    Description

    e2rTM is looking for an employment & labour lawyer but not just an employment & labour lawyer The e2r employment & labour lawyer is a true consultant to our clients capable of assessing the client's legal/ human resources circumstances and offering a practical strategy in response.

    e2rTM, a certified multi-disciplinary law practice, operated by Woolgar VanWiechen Cosgriffe Ducoffe LLP, MDP, provides a unique approach to human resources and employment/labour law consulting for Canadian employers and multinational businesses with operations in Canada.

    · Consulting with clients with all things HR & employment/labour related

    · Leading webinars, client trainings & presentations

    · Having fun with your colleagues

    Qualifications

    · Two (2) to four (4) years of management side employment/labour experience

    · Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

    · Ability to manage multiple clients & tasks in a multiple priority & fast paced environment

    · Exceptional time management & organizational skills

    · Experience appearing before boards of arbitration and tribunals an asset

    · Ability to work as part of a real team

    · Personality with a sense of humour definitely an asset
