- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
- Assist clients in maximizing tax deductions and credits
- Provide tax planning advice to clients
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to stay updated on changes
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer taxrelated questions
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive financial services
- Perform payroll functions, including calculating taxes and preparing payroll reports
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of financial services, tax laws, and regulations
- Experience with payroll processing and reporting
- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques
- Knowledge of QUICK BOOKS accounting software is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$22.00-$35.00 per hour
