Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks:
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and reordering systems
- Provide advice about merchandise
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Conduct sales transactions through Internetbased electronic commerce
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
