    As the Development Engineering Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and approving the municipal engineering requirements for development.

    More specifically, you will ensure that the design and construction of civil engineering infrastructure is undertaken to City of Kelowna standards and is consistent with the City's vision for growth and development as outlined in Kelowna's Official Community Plan.


    You have a degree in Civil Engineering along with considerable experience in Municipal engineering.

    You have a strong understanding of the engineering associated with municipal development servicing and the Subdivision, Servicing and Development Bylaws.

    You are a proven leader, have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish and develop effective relationships with both colleagues, the community, and the development industry.

    This exempt position offers a salary range of $103,000 to $120,000, employer-paid comprehensive benefits, an earned day off program, paid vacation and one of Canada's top pension plans.
