Porsche Centre North Toronto (PCNT) Service Manager and Workshop Manager

Description
The Automobile Detailer cleans and refurbishes new and previously owned vehicles.

S/he applies the appropriate aesthetic treatments to prepare new and previously owned vehicles for delivery as well for detailing customer vehicles.

Core Accountabilities

Acting as Brand Ambassador for Porsche Centre North Toronto
Complying with Porsche standards
Achieving personal targets
Continuous personal development
Vehicle prioritization
Performs variety of vehicle cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) washing, polishing, buffing, interior cleaning and window cleaning.
Cleans upholstery, rugs and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devises.
Inspects quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction
Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences)
Adherence to all PCNT Health and Safety requirements
Taking part in projects as assigned

Basic qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid and current Driver's License with clean driving record
Experience as auto detailer
Ability to maintain a good driving record
People focused and passionate about providing great customer service
Excellent Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
