- **Your typical week will look like this

  • 3 workshops (virtual 5pm to 7pm or inperson 11am to 3pm)
  • Communicating with participants weekly individually or in groups regarding projects, workshops or special events
  • Processing at least 45 applicants a week ensuring that their profiles and volunteer hours are always updated, reminding participants of training, etc....
  • Organizing orientations, developing monthly workshop/training schedules
  • Updating Database and completing government entries of participants
  • Planning or following up with participants who are in projects
  • Updating marketing sites following up on Marketing teams
Every 3 months - completing all government assessment and EMP Assessments

Every 3 months - updating all necessary information that coordinator may need and other duties as assigned.


_Providing key recruitment support to the Program Coordinator is a primary function of this job _

As well as the following:

  • Maintain a strict and organized filing systems
  • Follow up and maintain files of all applicants
  • Update Participant Database /Profiles
  • Assist in the development of Content when needed.
  • Implement and Collect Personal Assessments (once monthly)and Government Assessments (every 3 months)
  • Able to facilitate workshops on life skills
  • Able to help plan events from ideation to execution
  • Able to motivate and lead people
  • Task and Goal Oriented
  • Able to work evenings and occasional weekends
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Postsecondary education in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain contact lists and Maintain Internal Client Database
  • Able to manage and schedule monthly training schedules with relevant presenters and trainers
  • Able to build trust with clients and understands that clients privacy must always be protected
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Can manage projects from ideation to execution
  • Take accurate and detailed notes of participant's oneone meetings
  • Able to work well with mínimal supervision
  • A knowledge of Canadian Civic is an asset
  • Previous volunteer experience will be considered a big asset
  • Assist with collect stats for report
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand
identity.

  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing
and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social

media campaigns when needed


Technical Skills Required

  • Google Workspace
  • Zoom, Teams, Google Hangout
  • Canva

Having a Driver's License and a Reliable Vehicle is an asset in this position
**Diverse and Developing Skilled Volunteering Experience is a big assett
