Job Details

WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

  • You will be in charge of performing handson testing and participating in the automation of testing to reduce operational risk, increasing stability of the current platform, and eventually reducing time to market to increase the business value of the team.
  • You will review in collaboration with BAs the functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
  • You will be in charge of maintaining and improving the testing environment (Windows servers)
  • You will install in collaboration with our team in Chennai, the new versions of the vendor tool in UAT environment
  • You will identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
  • You will develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.

Profile

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar technical position.
  • You are comfortable interacting with a variety of clients and support staff such as developers, business analysts, traders, middle office, etc.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • You have great communication skills, and you are comfortable presenting demos to product owners (in this case our traders)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) will be considered an asset

Technical skills:


  • You have working experience using Quality Center
  • You have working knowledge or experience with objectedoriented programming languages
  • You have some automation testing experience
  • You have good knowledge of source control and deployment tools (GitHub, Jenkins

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$50.00-$60.00 per hour

Experience:

Quality Assurance Analyst: 5 years (required)
