PipeCom is seeking a dynamic Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our team of skilled problem solvers. This role supports a Technology and Information Services department.Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules and timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and uptodate.
- Conduct postproject reviews to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams.
- Facilitate daily standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- A collaborative and resultsoriented mindset.
