    Job Description:

    Clinical counsellors provide confidential and professional assessments to support employees dealing with mental health concerns, ensuring they receive the right interventions to prevent or better manage performance issues, absenteeism, and workplace disability.

    • Provide counselling services to adult clients.
    • Deliver medium-term clinical follow-up (8-12 sessions) for clients presenting with mental health concerns.

    Responsibilities



    • Fully vaccinated staff must be in control of their availability. Staff may use administrative software available that supports diversity & inclusion while fulfilling work duties remotely using a VPN connection if needed.

      Key Skills And Qualifications:



      • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counselling Psychology Or related field is necessary

      • The possession of training experience in Mental Health Substance Abuse Addiction will contribute positively towards Career Success provided it’s obtained through Honours Degree offered by post-secondary institutions known globally .
