The Role


Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Insurance Industry Partner to help drive exceptional customer IT outcomes, guide clients in digitally transforming their business, reduce risk, deliver operational excellence, continuously measure, and achieve their digital transformation value.

Leveraging Kyndryl's mission critical global strength and the leading technology capabilities of our Global Practices (Cloud, Mainframe, Networking and Edge, Data & Application, Security & Resilience and Digital Workplace).


Experienced Consult Partner are part of the high growth Consult business and participate and lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements and are accountable for creating and positioning value on Kyndryl's largest accounts and opportunities.

As a Consult Partner, you will have opportunities to lead small teams of practitioners on multiple projects, developing leadership skills and advancing your career in one of the fastest growing IT consulting businesses globally.

As an experienced Consult Leader, you will be extremely knowledgeable in multiple Business-of-Modern IT and Business-impacting-Modern IT specializations including but not limited to:
Modern IT Strategy and Operations (IT Model, IT Business, IT Financials) Digital Transformations & Change Management (CX, Cloud, Omni, Platform, IT Modernization) IT Value realization (Technical & Financial) IT Operating Models (Nextgen IT Op Models, Cloud-Platform based Target-op-Model, Agile, DevSecOps, SRE, Product-based-OpModel etc) IT Process & Service Management Environmental & Sustainable Strategy Portfolio, Program & Project Management IT Modernization Patterns (Infrastructure, Network, Application, Data, Cyber, Workplace Experience, Digital Design Authority & Enterprise Architecture etc) IT Regulatory,

Resilience & Stability

Individual(s) must possess "Strategic IT" coupled with "industry relevance".


Knowledge of industry specific IT / Digital trends that are driving business growth and efficiencies to above mentioned Strategic IT specialization topics.

At least one or more top industries of focus including but not limited to:

Financial Services & Insurance Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution Telecoms, Media & Technology Healthcare, Pharma & LifeScience Public Sector & Government Federal/State/Local

Responsibilities and related competencies are focused on the following key domains:

Consulting Subject Matter Expertise Domain:

  • Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm with delivery and business development success and growth
  • Recognized externally & internally as a Consult leader on multiple specialization areas provided above. Ability to create, position and deliver Modern IT Strategies, Op Models, Complex Digital Transformations and Business/Financial value realization engagements and roadmaps
  • Knowledgeable on one or more industries mentioned above with deep BusinesstoModern IT trends and transformation background
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt and grow expertise into newly emerging topics
  • Has experience (and/or willingness) to increase Kyndryl's intellectual property assets by expanding existing Consult offerings, developing new offers when needed, developing, or improving consulting methods, tools and techniques
  • Able to operate in a "newly" forming business unit and able to "rollupsleeve" and contribute in an entrepreneurial fashion to help lead and deliver client outcomes
  • Balance Billability with Business Development targets while building client and market eminence and thought leadership

Consulting Business Development Domain:

  • Demonstrates success in creating, developing, and closing pipeline to achieve signings targets of 510M annually on specific accounts, sectors, or geography
  • Leads or has participated in complex sales efforts, seeks appropriate assistance as required, and has positive impact on sales closure
  • Pulls teams together in streamlined sales efforts, able to reach across Kyndryl and offerings to team effectively
  • Able to drive smaller sales efforts, to close after initial identification with mínimal oversight and support
  • Has participated in sales cycles across multiple offering solutions and has been exposed to a diverse set of client proposals
  • Has been exposed to sales involving global resourcing components

Consulting Engagement Delivery Domain:

  • Build engagement specific consultant teams, based on skills required to meet SOW requirements and leads consulting engagements
