Are you passionate about leading a team that maintains the beauty and safety of our community's roadways? SeeMoreGreen Landscaping, a dynamic leader in the Saskatoon landscaping sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Maintenance Foreman to oversee our roadway mowing and maintenance project.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead: Manage a team of laborers in tasks including garbage pickup, mowing, and trimming along Saskatoon roadways.

Organize and Coordinate: Efficiently organize people, equipment, and schedules to ensure project success.

City Liaison: Act as the primary contact for City of Saskatoon officials, ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining a positive working relationship.

Status Reporting: Provide regular, detailed status reports on project progress.

Adapt and Overcome: Proactively manage the crew and resources in response to changing weather conditions, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in supervisory roles within landscaping or related fields.
Physically fit with ability to stand for long periods and able to lift up to 50lbs
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing weather and project demands.
A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
