    Stewarding Night Cleaner


    Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge begins behind the scenes with our Food & Beverage team's commitment to safe and efficient operations.

    Support a skilled and engaged team as a Night Cleaner, where your care and inspection of all kitchen areas and equipment will ensure a superior standard.

    Subsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status
    Competitive extended benefits package including medical, vision and dental for full time permanent status

    Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
    Work overnight shifts from approximately 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
    Deep clean all Kitchen areas after hours to ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation is met
    Ensure all Kitchen floors, ovens, stovetops, walls and ceiling tiles are cleaned and sanitized
    Ensure proper use of PPE while using chemicals and all chemicals are properly stored and organized
    Adhere to the hotel's vehicle and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles
    Follow all safety and sanitation policies
    Previous experience in a Kitchen setting an asset
    Environmental stress - high - hot, loud, work with chemicals and hot water, must be willing to get hands dirty
    Close proximity to Marmot Basin Ski Resort in winter and world-renowned hiking trails in summer
