You as a
Project Accountant Admin will:

Collect, reconcile, seek approval, and process all project-related trade invoices, general expenditures, internal hourly payroll, and all other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner to meet payment terms.
Organize transaction records and reconcile against processed invoices on a weekly basis.
Assist the Project Accountant with assembling client billing packages
Support the Project Accountant with managing subcontractor invoice processing and payment request reports.
Assist the Project Accountant in preparing monthly reports for owner/consultant and internal reporting.
Review project transactions weekly and completes any necessary reallocations, with the support of the Project Accountant.
Support and reinforce EllisDon's purchase order process.

Is this the right role for you?

Experience working in a construction environment would be an asset.
You can correctly identify financial situations and produce logical solutions to support a project team/business area.
You demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problemsolving, decisionmaking, and analytical skills as well as a keen willingness to work on a construction project site.
You demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Excel is an asset.
