Under the direction of the Project Coordinator, this position is responsible for the efficient and productive oversight of day-to-day on-site progress.

The Working Foreman position is a working position that must work independently or in conjunction with internal team members, vendors, sub-contractors, labourers and trades.

• Ensure a clean and safe job site
• Update daily logs, create punch lists and deficiency lists
• Ensure construction stays on track
• Ensure trades complete their scopes of work
• Perform handson tasks where necessary
• Manage multiple projects at any given time
• Place orders or pick up materials for projects as required

• Indepth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHSA guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively

• Minimum 5 Years renovation/construction experience
• Vehicle (truck or van) preferred
• Basic hand tools (power and specialty tools will be provided)
• Basic safety equipment; steel toe boots and hard hat (additional PPE protection will be provided)

• Working at heights certificate
• WHMIS
• Basics of site supervision

• Dental care
