- years' experience leading a technical team; supporting employees' learning and development through mentorship and coaching as well as hiring, onboarding, and general team leadership
- Demonstrated experience in building high quality products in an Agile development environment
- Understanding of architecture and design patterns for scalable software
- Experience leading teams which work on 3rd party integrations
- Strong communication skills and top-notch interpersonal skills; able to lead with authenticity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, and/or a related discipline
- Knowledge of retail/eCommerce sector; experience in omni-channel fulfillment and supply chain domains are advantageous.
