Description

Purpose:

To support facilitation of CPR Projects for ISR, setting up studies within the Institute, working on programs and designing questionnaires, data collection, summary tables, unique analysis and presentation of results to stakeholders.

Liaise with various offices and stakeholders on campus, such as:
Deans, Program Chairs, Grad and Undergrad Program Coordinators, Vice President Academic, etc.

Education:

Undergraduate degree in business or another applicable field.

Experience:

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding around developing quality surveys and questionnaires. Both qualitative and quantitative in nature. Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding gathering and interpreting survey data to be prepared for tables and summaries. Experience with conducting data analysis and interpreting how it fits into project goals and requirements

Skills:

Required Technical Skills:
Use and familiarity of Qualtrics programming. Advanced knowledge of Excel to support formatting, formulas and data collection and manipulation, including development of charts and graphs.

Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills to elicit and interpret information from surveys and questionnaires. Ability to work as a member of an inter-disciplinary team and independently to identify and accomplish project(s) objectives. Self-directed with demonstrated initiative. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and reports. High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills. Exercises good judgment and maintains confidentiality. Able to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.

Experience interpreting data for presentations and ability to explain in detail information collected in a manner that all stakeholders understand.
