THE OPPORTUNITY - Consumer Services Assistant (Part Time)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Greet and direct visitors and consumers who are accessing Vecova services
- Register consumers in Vecova's programs and classes, support Consumer Service Specialists with admission and intake
- Process payments and complete cash out reports
- Support the Consumer Services Assistant Manager with financial administration, purchasing and invoicing, and with facility rentals and bookings
- Enter program registration data into various platforms
- Organize and maintain the consumer services space and general equipment
WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking to engage team members with diverse skills, experiences and interests.
These are some of the competencies and credentials we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Administration or Customer Service
- A Grade 12 diploma is required
- Experience using a registration platform is required, experience using ActiveNet is an asset
- Experience handling cash and operating a pointofsale system
- Current certification in Standard First Aid/CPR "C" including AED is an asset
- Exceptional problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities
- Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism aligned with Vecova values
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all Vecova team members
- Represent Vecova in a professional manner
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrate a high level of administrative and IT capacity
