As a Customer Service Specialist your role includes:

Assisting customers with their option selections when configuring their Escape Trailer
Customer communication on potential supply chain disruptions, etc.
Assisting customers during showroom appointments

Preferred skills/experience:

2+ years experience in customer service
Must have knowledge of trailers/trailer industry
Excellent communication and people skills
Customer Service experience
Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Completion of the VSA license and upcoming courses (can be completed after hiring)
