Key Responsibilities include:
Project Management in delivering multiple kiosk projects (both software and hardware projects)
- Client management
- Project planning
- Scope management
- Financial tracking
- Schedule management
- Task estimation
- Issues tracking
- Status reporting
- Risk management
Involvement in full life cycle project management:
- Requirements gathering
- Development and reviews of project documentation
- Solution testing
- Solution support
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience in Project Management of IT projects.
- Experience with software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile (scrum) methodologies.
- Experience with the testing process, tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of hardware development cycle.
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
- Completing assigned work with mínimal supervision but with the active support of other team members.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to work environments.
- Ability to take challenges and work in a fastpaced, crossdiscipline environment, both independently and as a teamplayer.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Preferred Education:
- University degree in a related field
- PMP and/or Scrum Master designation
- Other tech certifications considered an asset.
Travel
Some travel could occasionally be required. *Travel is restricted during COVID 19.
Willingness to travel overseas
Working conditions:
The role has a reporting location of 25 Sims Crescent in Richmond Hill, Ontario
It is not a remote role and you are expected to be in the office weekly.
