Key Responsibilities include:

Project Management in delivering multiple kiosk projects (both software and hardware projects)

  • Client management
  • Project planning
  • Scope management
  • Financial tracking
  • Schedule management
  • Task estimation
  • Issues tracking
  • Status reporting
  • Risk management

Involvement in full life cycle project management:

  • Requirements gathering
  • Development and reviews of project documentation
  • Solution testing
  • Solution support

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:


  • Experience in Project Management of IT projects.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile (scrum) methodologies.
  • Experience with the testing process, tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of hardware development cycle.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
  • Completing assigned work with mínimal supervision but with the active support of other team members.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to work environments.
  • Ability to take challenges and work in a fastpaced, crossdiscipline environment, both independently and as a teamplayer.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Preferred Education:


  • University degree in a related field
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master designation
  • Other tech certifications considered an asset.

Travel
Some travel could occasionally be required. *Travel is restricted during COVID 19.

Willingness to travel overseas


Working conditions:

The role has a reporting location of 25 Sims Crescent in Richmond Hill, Ontario

It is not a remote role and you are expected to be in the office weekly.
