Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the sales team, establishing individual targets and tracking performance.
  • Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and adjust tactics in response to market dynamics.
  • Define and delegate team roles to optimize sales processes and efficiency.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring TROES meets their expectations.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through diligent prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a united front in market engagement.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasting future trends to inform management decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes to maintain competitive knowledge and sales approaches.

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales within the technical sector, energy storage expertise highly regarded.
  • A solid technical foundation with the capacity to understand and articulate the nuances of energy storage technologies.
  • Competency in translating complex technical concepts to suit varied audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales management systems.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and experience in team motivation.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with a talent for building professional relationships.
  • Market research expertise, with an acute awareness of industry trends and tech developments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, multifaceted work environment, maintaining precision and poise.
