Engineering Strategy Analyst, Engineering and Product Development Team:

In your role, you will:

Define and develop the engineering strategy aiming to build and maintain a strong and sustainable engineering organization for all Bombardier sites
Gather, analysis data, draw conclusion and generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives
Document, simplify and present the recommendations to engineering executives
Support the strategic engineering manpower planning align with demands and site mandate
Evaluate competitive intelligence, industry benchmark and market reports to provide strategic insight and recommendations
Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective.
Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams for the validation of proposed plans and strategies.
You hold a University degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Engineering.
You have acquired an MBA or other a professional designation (an asset)
You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in a manufacturing industry;
You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
You have knowledge of the aerospace industry (an asset);
You have a Strong experience managing Strategic projects.
You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information;
You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters
You have very strong communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
You have the ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations.
You like working with numbers in a methodical and rigorous way.
You have skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams;
