    Description

    Your Opportunity:

    This permanent, FTE Administrative V position provides administrative support to Edmonton Zone Nutrition Services Managers. The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday ; position is offered as a hybrid working arrangement, with onsite shifts required a minimum of 3 days/week at Seventh Street Plaza. Therefore, applicants must be self-directed, working independently in a complex environment and handling multiple tasks and short deadlines with minimal guidance and direction. Duties include: completing recruitment and onboarding tasks (, completing RMS postings, scheduling interviews and reference checks, completing onboarding, coordinating training and access requests for staff); booking outpatient appointments for Dietitians using Connect Care; completing payroll and ESP entries; creating, formatting and sending correspondences, a variety of business and clinical documents, presentation materials, manuals, publications, etc; performing various HR functions while maintaining confidentiality (, coordinating performance reviews, managing daily staff scheduling changes by supporting staff replacements, etc.); coordinating and setting up meetings (completing room bookings, creating agendas, taking minutes, etc.); completing supply and nutrition education resource orders; maintaining records management systems; and supporting all other operational needs for the Managers and Dietitians, as required, on an ongoing basis. As this position is required to communicate with patients when booking outpatient appointments, applicants must be customer-service oriented and respectful of different cultures, socioeconomic conditions, and values that may be expressed.

    Description:

    As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

    Required Qualifications:

    Completion of post-secondary education ( certificate in office or business administration).

    Experience with Connect Care and E-People payroll time entry would be an asset to this position.
