    Description

    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead digital enablement projects, providing comprehensive oversight and strategic facilitation for sustainment. This individual will play a critical role in leading discussions and accountable to deliver integrations between platforms such as Salesforce and Genesys, while also collaborating with stakeholders and other partners to drive the discovery and implementation of virtual health solutions. The Senior PM will leverage their expertise in digital transformation, digital innovation, and virtual care to advance key digital strategies and goals through the delivery & integration of digital virtual care solutions.

    Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

    • A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline
    • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in managing complex digital technology (or transformation) projects from initiation to completion.
    • Experience working within the Health Sector is highly preferred.
    • The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is necessary.
    • Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman's terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholders groups
    • Strong facilitation skills for decisions to be made swiftly.
    • Able to work expeditiously as an individual contributor and as a team member.
    • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
    • Working knowledge and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts practices, and deliverables
    • Experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals.
    • Experience working on a transformational change project.
    • Detailed oriented to ensure project decisions and changes are documented and communicated as appropriate.
    • Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP), or equivalent credentials are nice to have.
