About the role
As part of this team, you will be accountable for providing expertise and professional leadership in the design, implementation
and monitoring of standards, measures and performance management, internal financial controls as well as for business process
improvements. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous renewal of a risk-based internal
control framework to provide reasonable assurance on financial information used for decision making. You will lead the design,
with the use of financial systems, in order to ensure integrity of the financial data. In this role, you will work with partners to ensure
financial risk management.
It will also be essential to promote and support a continuous improvement approach achieved by the implementation of effective
change management and communications strategies to gain buy-in and ensure a smooth transition to new and improved methods
and, most importantly, a seamless interface with clients and Finances Services partners. You will lead the formation of multi
- disciplinary project teams to enact the Finances Services Operational Plan, establish priorities, objectives and terms of reference,
locate resources and allocates work, and ensures adherence to objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and industry best practices,
relevant to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and/or House policies, guidelines and legislation, Internal Control Framework,
and promptly identifies high risks and sensitive issues to senior management.

What you need Bachelor degree in administration, finance or related field or an acceptable combination of education,

training and relevant experience.
- Significant experience in risk management and internal controls over financial reporting and financial
- Significant experience in providing professional guidance and advice to senior management, client
aspects of project scoping, integration challenges, priorities and resource management;
- Experience dealing with complex corporatewide projects and business issues;
Experience
- Experience in identifying requirements and defining performance measures, indicators and client
- Experience in planning, organizing and leading the work of others in working groups or projects, and in
- Experience in preparing and delivering briefing documents containing advice and recommendations of
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA);
Other Certification related to project management or LEAN methodology;
- Certification in Internal Audit (CIA).
