JOB DESCRIPTION
We want to empower you to complete the following to be the best Studio Manager ever

The Studio Manager, will be responsible for providing leadership, daily direction of sales and providing spectacular Group Fitness Classes. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence.

As the lead for the sales function, the Studio Manager must execute a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales, create an attractive ILKB Community.

As well to personally promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a ILKB lifestyle both verbally and on social media.

This leader must pose a high caliber approach to coaching and staff development as the staff is the priority of the ownership group.

All this completed the studio will see attractive revenue generation and profitability.


JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:


  • Properly managing and exceeding all ILKB sales and, revenue goals operational budgets
  • Responsible for overseeing the sales process and ILKB systems
  • Manage, monitor, coachdevelop and evaluate the performance of all ILKB staff
  • Responsible for the recruiting, on boarding, hiring, training and scheduling of all ILKB studio staff
  • Develop a high energy work culture and community culture
  • Model all studio activities through selfinvolvement (leading by example)
  • Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team
  • Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, payroll, and cost controls
  • Ability to hit targets and goals

OPERATIONAL DUTIES:


  • Responsible for 90day and annual ILKB staff performance reviews.
  • Ensures Operational, Marketing and front desk systems followed
  • 12/10 Customer service
  • Good Communication skills
  • Active and visible presence on Social media and monthly marketing plan

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Above average communication and relationship skills
  • Proven sales leadership required
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Min 23 years of previous sales experience required
  • Min 23 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
  • Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferred
  • Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
  • Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

Compensation

  • Based on experience (base salary $5060K)
  • Revenue Sharing
  • Bonuses based targets
  • Personal and Bdays off
