Key Job Elements:
- Responsible to coordinate, track and maintain the program documents and correspondence, including business communications, letters and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Responsible for the program risk register and action logs
- Support, help coordinate and host customer and key leader visits and events
- Update and maintain vehicle configuration records in GDLS-C database. Provide vehicle configuration reports as required
- Coordinate resolution of field problem issues with the Field Management, Support Services and Engineering teams
- Assist in coordination of retrofit activities
- Track and coordinate the notification of obsolescence issues to customers
- Maintain work orders to reflect approved budgets and schedule
- Coordinate material and deliverable shipments. Maintain material shipping records
- Assist in preparing documents for contract deliverables and manage tracking and reporting
- Assist in coordinating Integrated Product Team meetings
- Assist in development and management of program metrics and reporting
- Assist in the development and coordination of bid and proposal documents
- Assist in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in Arts, Social Sciences, Program or Business Management or a technical field
- Experience drafting business correspondence and delivering presentations
- A professional business demeanor focused on customer and stakeholder satisfaction
- Demonstrated initiative and results oriented behaviour
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks and schedules
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge
- Oral and written communications in Arabic
